José Roberto Danel Díaz

Mr. Danel Díaz is a certified public accountant graduated from the Universidad Iberoamericana. He has graduate studies in business administration at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM); high business management at the Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresa (IPADE); and corporate governance at Yale School of Management, Stanford Graduate School of Business and Harvard Business School.

He serves on the board of directors as an independent member and presides over or belongs to several committees pertaining to the board, in public and private companies and financial institutions. He is a member of the Mexican College of Public Accountants (CCPM), the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants (IMCP) and was a member of the Mexican Institute of Finance Executives (IMEF).

Mr. Danel Díaz is chairman of the corporate governance committee of the Business Coordinating Council, a member of the Instituto Latinoamericano de Gobierno Corporativo (OECD-World Bank), the National Association of Corporate Directors (USA), and the International Corporate Governance Network (UK) and its risk committee.
